Hi, Bonnie with Ladybug Gift Store here to bring you some tips and tricks for planning a Ladybug Party. The Ladybug Theme is ageless and is perfect for young and old alike. And the color scheme can range from red and black to pink and sometimes more pastel colors such as green and yellow. Finding Ladybug Items in a particular color scheme can be challenging. And if you run into that scenario what you may want to think about is starting off with solid colored decorations and then adding items with Ladybugs in just to complete your party theme. And that is why I am here today, is to share some of those Ladybug Items that might be helpful in putting together your Ladybug Party.

The first one is a Ladybug Cupcake holder. This is a really colorful cupcake holder. It has got green leaves with red and black Ladybugs. The color theme is carried through the bottom of the cupcake holder. If you use this cupcake holder, I would suggest a light colored cake mix so the colors on the cupcake holder will come through. Another decoration that would work very well with that cupcake holder is our edible sugar decorations. These look like a Ladybug. They are sugar and they are edible. And they would go nicely with our cupcake holder.

We also have Ladybug Candles. These are really cute! There are six to a package, three pink and three red. And just would make a wonderful decoration on top of a cake.

One of our newer items is a Ladybug Straw. The Ladybug Straw comes flat. To assembly it, what you do is simply remove the little tape that exposes the adhesive on the honeycomb body. And you pull it around and just stick it to the other side of the Ladybug. And then on the honeycomb body, there is also Ladybug Wings just to complete the Ladybug effect. If you are going for a solid red and black color theme, just adding an item like this to the drinks will give it that Ladybug effect. These are just really adorable and the straw is flexible.

Carrying on with that same theme, we also have Ladybug Picks. They also come flat. To complete the decoration, all you do is remove that tape, exposing the adhesive. And then use that adhesive to attach the honeycomb body to the other side of the Ladybug. It also has the wings on the front to give that nice three-dimensional effect. Wonderful for a plate of hors d'oeuvres. Or if you are trying to put together a Ladybug Centerpiece, adding this to flowers would give a nice Ladybug effect. And putting this in a vase would give a very nice Ladybug Centerpiece that is also economical.
